On an ordinary house build the machines come roughly in this order. If your job skips a stage, so do we.
Backhoe loader
Clearing and levelling the plot
Its front bucket pushes soil, gathers debris and leaves the ground flat. It does the work people would otherwise hire a bulldozer for.
Excavator and tipper
Foundations: the pit and the soil out
The excavator lifts the soil out and hands it straight to the tipper, which takes it off the plot. Round the pit there is room left for the steel and the formwork.
Backhoe loader
Trenches for water, sewage and cable
The rear arm digs narrow trenches from the house to the mains or to the septic tank. Once the pipes are in, the same machine backfills them.
Tipper and roller
Stone under paths, parking and the drive
The tipper brings crushed stone or sand and the roller compacts it layer by layer. Paving laid on a well-rolled base does not sink after the first rains.

The yard around the house
Leftover soil goes back against the foundations, the yard is levelled, and the roller firms up the spots where the paving and the parking space will go.
The machines and who comes with them
Every machine comes with its own person: an operator in the cab of the backhoe loader, the excavator and the roller, a driver at the wheel of the tipper and the low loader. All you do is show them the job.

A bucket at the front, a digging arm at the back. It levels, digs trenches and loads heaps, so on a small plot it handles a lot on its own.

Digs the foundation or basement pit and goes deeper where the backhoe loader can no longer reach.

Roller
A heavy roller compactor that firms soil, sand and stone until they stop settling. It works on paths, parking, yards and access roads.

Every machine comes with its own person, who knows it and answers for it. His work is already in the price we give you on the phone.
Who says a stage is done
It helps to have someone of yours on the plot, the foreman or you yourself, to say when the pit is deep enough or the yard level enough. On that word we send the next machine.
A spot for soil and for turning
Pick a corner in advance for the good soil you keep for the garden, and a place where the tipper can turn round. Then the machines work one after another without getting in each other's way.
Material before the roller
The crushed stone for a path or parking base should be on the plot before the roller arrives. If you buy it from us, the tipper brings it ahead of the roller.

We work out which machines you need and in what order, and give you the price before anything sets off.
We fix the day
We agree the day together. The low loader brings the machine that day and collects it when the job is done.

The operator does his part. When a stage is finished, call the same number and the machine for the next one comes.

Questions about equipment rental
How much does it cost to rent construction equipment?
We give the price on the phone once we know the job: which machine, how long it works and where the plot is. The operator's work is included in it.
Can I order several machines at once?
Yes, with one call. We line them up in the order of the work: what digs first, then what takes the soil away, the roller last. On a foundation pit the excavator and the tipper work together.
Do you sell materials for foundations and paths?
We do. For the base of a path or the concrete of a foundation there is washed sand, sand and gravel mix, crushed stone, gravel, crushed granite and quarry stone, all delivered in our tipper and priced together with the machines.
Will the machines come to a plot in the suburbs?
Yes, the low loader takes them to Stăuceni, Cricova, Ialoveni, Trușeni and the other places in the list, and to any other district of Moldova. Just name the village.
